NYPost.com : Gov. Cuomo joined the tail end of the stampede late Friday, announcing he too won’t be marching in the June 11 Puerto Rican Day Parade. With sponsors and politicians fleeing over the parade’s honoring of an unrepentant terrorist, Oscar López Rivera’s biggest fan is now muttering about the dark forces she claims are sabotaging the event.   City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito says the popular outrage that has sent longtime parade sponsors scurrying in horror is being “orchestrated” by “an ultra right-wing” element that favors Puerto Rican statehood over independence.   Of course, she has no evidence to back that up — especially since the anti-independence forces hardly need to disrupt a New York parade to push their cause.   In referendum after referendum, Puerto Rico’s voters have overwhelmingly rejected independence.
